Introducing Kelviq

Kelviq is a payment method on Subscriby from today, in Subscriby 5.1.0. Open Payment Methods in any project, press Setup a Payment Method, and a new card sits after Mollie: a merchant of record that collects the payment, handles sales tax and VAT wherever it sells, pays you out in more than 90 countries, renews your plans on its side and, when a renewal fails, chases it for you. It takes coupon codes on one-time and recurring plans, and like every gateway on Subscriby it settles in your own account.

Here is the one-sentence version: ten gateways now, seven of them renewing on their own, and the new one is for creators who want the tax handled, the payout to reach a country Stripe will not onboard, and a failed card followed up without lifting a finger.

A Merchant of Record, with Recovery Built In

Kelviq is the seller on every transaction. The buyer pays Kelviq, Kelviq calculates and remits the tax in the buyer’s country, issues the receipt, handles the refund when one is due, and pays you the proceeds through its own payout rail. You never register for VAT somewhere because a member there bought a plan. And because Kelviq runs the subscription itself, it does the part most creators dread: when a renewal fails, Kelviq emails the member a payment link and retries the card up to eight times over fourteen days, while Subscriby keeps the member’s grace period open and repeats the same link in its own reminders.

  • One key, nothing else. Paste the Server API Key from Kelviq’s settings, switch the method on and save. Subscriby creates your product, your plans and the webhook endpoint on your Kelviq organization the first time your plans sync, keeps the endpoint’s secret and verifies every delivery.
  • Your plans become Kelviq plans. Sync Subscription Plans pushes every plan on sale with one price in its currency on its cycle: monthly, every three months, every six months, yearly or one-time for every organization, and daily, weekly or every four weeks once Kelviq has switched those on for yours. Later changes are published as new versions on Kelviq’s side, and a plan taken off sale is archived there.
  • Renewals and recovery run on Kelviq’s side. Kelviq charges every cycle and tells Subscriby by webhook when a subscription is active, past due or cancelled; a cancellation keeps access to the end of the paid period, and every order is read back from Kelviq before it is recorded, so what you see is what Kelviq settled.
  • Coupons on both plan shapes. A code applied at checkout becomes a once-only Kelviq discount code for that purchase, so a recurring plan is discounted on its first charge and renews at full price.
  • A sandbox to try it in. Copy the Server API Key of Kelviq’s sandbox, add Kelviq as a Test method, and pay a real checkout with a test card before you connect the production key beside it.

Where It Shows Up

Kelviq takes its place after Mollie wherever Subscriby lists the gateways: the dashboard’s picker, your Telegram bot’s payment setup, the portal’s checkout for any plan priced in one of the 137 currencies Kelviq presents, the REST API, the Zapier and n8n apps and the Copilot. The home page’s processor strip now shows twelve marks, and hovering any of them opens a card with the method in one line, why creators pick it, where it works and what buyers pay with.

The Kelviq guide walks through the setup step by step, and the provider chooser says when Kelviq is the right rail beside Stripe, PayPal, Polar and the regional gateways. Live sales need Kelviq’s business verification, which takes it a day or so; the sandbox works at once.
