Triggers are instant: Subscriby posts the event to Zapier the second a member joins, a renewal fails, a pass window opens or a support message arrives, with the signed payload the webhook carries.
Act without opening the dashboard
Generate an access code for a buyer from another store, pause a plan, resolve a support thread or add a member to a broadcast segment from the Zap that noticed the need.
Look before you leap
A search for every read lets a Zap find the member, subscription or plan it is about before acting, so the action lands on the right record rather than a duplicate.
Least privilege by design
The token you connect with carries only the abilities you tick; a reporting Zap gets read abilities and nothing else, and a rotated token stops every Zap at once.
How to connect

Ask the team for the invite link to the Subscriby Zapier app; it stays invite-only until the public listing is approved.

In Subscriby, create a personal access token with the abilities your Zaps need, under Settings, API tokens.

Open the invite link, add a Zap, choose Subscriby, and paste the token when Zapier asks for it.

Pick a trigger (one exists for every event) or an action or search, map the fields, and test it against your live or test project.

Switch the Zap on: Subscriby registers the webhook endpoint for the trigger on your account and removes it when the Zap is turned off.
