How to connect

Ask the team for the invite link to the Subscriby Zapier app; it stays invite-only until the public listing is approved.

In Subscriby, create a personal access token with the abilities your Zaps need, under Settings, API tokens.

Open the invite link, add a Zap, choose Subscriby, and paste the token when Zapier asks for it.

Pick a trigger (one exists for every event) or an action or search, map the fields, and test it against your live or test project.

Switch the Zap on: Subscriby registers the webhook endpoint for the trigger on your account and removes it when the Zap is turned off.

Do triggers poll, or are they instant?
Instant. Switching a Zap on registers a webhook endpoint on your Subscriby account for that event, Subscriby posts to Zapier the moment the event happens, and switching the Zap off removes the endpoint again.
Which token do I connect with?
A personal access token you create in Subscriby with only the abilities the Zap needs, out of 107. Live and test tokens both work, and rotating the token stops every Zap that used it at once.
