Discord

One verified app, your own payment accounts, and every role granted and removed for you.

Made by · SubscribyCommunityv1.0.0Installed on 1 project

Overview

Add Subscriby to your server once and it runs your membership on Discord: members buy on the portal, connect their Discord account and receive the roles their plan includes the moment they pay, and lose them when their access ends.

There is no bot to create and no token to paste. Subscriby joins as one verified app, you drag its role above the roles you sell, and the dashboard, the slash commands and the API do the rest.

What it can do

In plain words: what happens for you and your members once this connector is connected.

What you can sell access to

  • Discord Roles

Members are let in when they pay and removed when they stop.

    • One-Time Payments Supported
    • Recurring Subscriptions Supported
    • Time-Limited Passes Supported
    • Pass Series Supported
  • Discord Channels

Shown to members as "Private channel".

What it does for you

  • Messages members

Welcome notes, reminders and your replies reach members inside the app they already use.

  • Broadcasts

Send an announcement to every member, or only to some plans, straight from your dashboard.

  • Announcement posts

A broadcast goes out as one post where the platform keeps a place for it, mentioning the plans it is for, instead of a message to every member one by one.

  • Manage on the go

Run your project from inside the platform: plans, members, broadcasts and more, without opening the dashboard.

  • Automatic access

Paying members are let in on their own and removed when they stop paying, with nothing to do by hand.

  • Pick places from a list

Choose what to sell from the list the platform already has, with nothing to answer on the platform first.

  • One-click setup

Let Subscriby arrange the platform for you, such as a members area with the roles behind it, in one go.

  • Member sign-in

Members sign in to their member portal with the account they already have on this platform.

  • Support inbox

Questions from members land in your inbox and your answers go back to them on the platform.

  • Copilot in the chat

Ask Subscriby Copilot from inside the platform: live answers about your business and the routine work done for you, with a confirmation before anything changes.

  • Health checks

Subscriby checks the connection regularly and warns you before members notice a problem.

  • Backup spaces

Keep a spare place ready and switch to it in one click if the original is lost.

  • Mirroring

Posts are copied to your backup space, so nothing is lost when you switch.

  • Account recovery

Lose access to your account on the platform and you can link a new one and keep your project.

Run it from inside the platform

26/26

26 of 26 everyday tasks can be done right inside the platform, without opening the dashboard.

What you need to connect it

Have this ready when you connect; it takes about a minute.

  • Add Subscriby to the Discord server you manage.
    1. Click "Connect", then "Continue on Discord" in the tab that opens.
    2. Pick the server you manage and approve what Subscriby asks for.
    3. You come back here with the server connected.
    4. In Server Settings → Roles, drag the Subscriby role above every role you will sell.
Subscriby joins as one verified app for every creator, so there is no bot token to create or paste. You need Manage Server on the server you pick.

How a paid Discord server works with Subscriby

You add Subscriby to your server and drag its role above the roles you will sell. Price a plan, share the link, and a member who pays connects their Discord account once: Subscriby adds them to the server and gives them the roles the plan includes. When a subscription, pass or trial ends the roles go, and a late renewal brings them back.

Nobody hands out roles by hand and nobody checks who has paid.

Every way a Discord member can pay

8 payment methods, all settling in your own accounts: cards and wallets through Stripe and PayPal, UPI and netbanking through Razorpay, local rails through Paystack and Skrill, and Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT through CoinPayments and CeyPay.

Switch on the methods your members use; every checkout offers each active method in the plan's currency, and Subscriby never holds your money.
