Partner Program Terms
Last Updated: October 10, 2026
The Gist
The Partner Program pays you for the creators you bring to Subscriby. You apply, we read the application and approve it by hand, and you get a link and a code. A creator who signs up through them and pays for a Starter or Growth plan earns you a share of every invoice they pay for 12 months. The share starts at 5% and climbs, up to 30%, as we verify the promotion you committed to and as your paying referrals grow. If work we verified later disappears or goes private, the points it earned are withdrawn, your rate goes back down and what has not been paid out yet is recalculated. You are paid as Subscriby Credit on your own invoices or in cash once a month.
These Terms
These Partner Program Terms (hereinafter – "Partner Terms") form part of the Terms of Service and use the terms defined there. They apply to every creator account that applies to, or takes part in, the Partner Program, and they govern how referrals are attributed, how commissions are earned, held, reversed and paid, and what a Partner may and may not do. Where they overlap with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail, except that these Partner Terms alone decide what the Program pays.
We refer to Envigo Innovations, LLC as "Subscriby" or "we" throughout these Partner Terms, to a User whose application we approved as "Partner", to a creator account that signed up through a Partner's link or code as "Referred Creator", to what a Partner earns on a Referred Creator's invoice as "Commission", and to a promotion a Partner undertook on their application or added later as "Commitment".
These Partner Terms are an open and public document. The current effective version is located here, and the figures in it (the rates, the points, the tiers, the periods and the minimum payout) are the figures the Program applies on the day you read them.
Joining the Program
Any creator account in good standing may apply from the Partner Program page in the dashboard. The application asks who you are and how you would promote Subscriby, where your audience lives and how large it is, which Commitments you undertake, how you expect to be paid and at what volume, and it records what Subscriby already knows about your account. We read every application by hand and tell you our decision by email, usually within a few days.
We may decline an application, and we tell you why. An applicant we declined may apply again after 90 days. An approved Partner receives a partner code and a partner link, holds one partnership per account, and may not transfer it to anyone else. We may change what the application asks for at any time; an application already filed is judged on what it asked for.
Your Link and Your Code
Your partner link remembers you in the visitor's browser for 60 days. A creator account created within those days is attributed to you; where no link was used, the code typed on the sign-up page attributes the account instead. The first touch wins: an account carries one partner referral for its whole life, a second code from anyone is refused, and an account that already exists, or that was referred before, is never attributed to a Partner.
A Referred Creator currently receives 20% off their first 3 months of a paid plan, applied automatically at checkout. The offer is Subscriby's to give; we may change or withdraw it for new sign-ups with notice on this page, and such a change never touches a Commission.
What Converts and What Earns
A referral converts when the Referred Creator pays their first Starter or Growth plan invoice within 180 days of signing up. A free trial, an invoice of zero, and the Free plan on its own convert nothing; a referral that sees no paid plan invoice inside the window expires quietly.
From the conversion, every invoice the Referred Creator pays to Subscriby for 12 months earns you a Commission: your rate applied to the invoice's total before tax and after any discount, including a plan invoice, an addon invoice and a transaction-fee invoice, and including the fee invoices of a creator who later moves to the Free plan. After the 12 months the referral stops earning, whatever the creator pays afterwards.
The Commission Ladder
Every Partner starts at 5% the day the application is approved. Each Commitment we verify adds its points to your rate; reaching 10 and 25 paying referrals adds 5 points each; and your rate never passes 30%, whatever the points add up to. The most each Commitment can add is:
- A long-form video review or tutorial (8 minutes or more): up to 10 points
- A short-form video (TikTok, Reels or Shorts): up to 5 points
- A comparison or review article: up to 5 points
- A written case study of your own community: up to 5 points
- Your partner link in the public description of a community you run: up to 3 points
A Commitment is made on one of the audiences you declared on your application, on a channel it can be done on, and what it adds is its points scaled by that audience's size: nothing on an audience of 10,000 or fewer, half from 10,001, then a larger share per band up to the full points from 1,000,001. We price the work at the size we see on the channel when we verify it, which may differ from the size you declared, and the points are fixed then; a Commitment on an audience below the floor is not verified.
Your paying referrals are the creators you referred whose referral converted, counted for as long as you are a Partner: a creator who later cancels, whose 12 months end, or whose invoice is refunded still counts, and only a referral we refuse on review leaves the count. A volume tier, once reached, is therefore kept.
Your current rate is copied onto a referral the moment it converts. When your rate rises, the new rate is also written onto every Referred Creator still inside their 12 months, from their next invoice on; a Commission already recorded keeps its amount. We announce every change of your rate by email.
Commitments and Proof
A Commitment is a promotion you undertake on your application, or add later from the Partner Program page in the dashboard, where any Commitment you have not made yet can be added on an audience you declare. You have 60 days from approval, or from the day you added it, to submit proof of each one, a public address where the work can be seen. We verify every proof by hand; a Commitment counts from the moment we verify it and not before. A Commitment with no proof by its due date lapses; you may still submit proof later, and it counts again once verified. The ladder alone sets your rate: we do not negotiate rates, and no Commitment, audience or volume earns points outside it.
Only work anyone can see, on the channel you declared for it, counts: a video we verify no earlier than 14 days after it was published and only once it has 1,000 views or more; an article or a case study that is live on your blog or on Medium; a partner link in the public description or a pinned post of a community you run. A recommendation inside a paid course or a closed group, a one-off send or a promise we cannot see from outside is not a Commitment.
Verified work must stay public, and substantially as it was when we verified it, for as long as you are a Partner: a pinned link stays pinned, a video stays published, an article stays live.
When Verified Work Disappears
If work we verified is removed, made private, materially altered, or otherwise no longer meets the description of its Commitment, we may withdraw the points it earned. When we do, three things happen at once: your rate goes back down and the lower rate is written onto every Referred Creator still inside their 12 months; every Commission not yet credited or paid out is recalculated at the lower rate; and money already credited to your Subscriby account or already paid out to you stays where it went. We tell you by email with the reason, and you may submit proof again, after which the points count again once verified.
Holds, Reversals and Review
A Commission becomes payable 30 days after the invoice that earned it was paid. A full refund or a payment dispute inside those days reverses the Commission before it was ever payable; one after them is clawed back from your next Commissions. A partial refund reverses nothing.
A referral that looks like your own account, for instance one paid with your own card, created from your own network, under an alias of your own email, or among too many sign-ups from one link in a day, is held for review and earns nothing until we decide. A referral we reject after review reverses every Commission it earned, settled ones with a clawback. A Referred Creator who paid but never created a project may be asked about before a payout.
Getting Paid
You choose how payable Commissions reach you: as Subscriby Credit, applied to your own Subscriby invoices automatically once that rail is open, or as a cash payout. Cash payouts run once a month, by PayPal, Wise, Remitly or USDT (TRC20), for payable balances of at least $50; a smaller balance waits for the next run. Every balance is kept in US dollars, and the transfer or processing fees the rail you chose charges are deducted from the payout, so what reaches you is the balance less those fees.
Before a cash payout you give us what the rail pays to (a PayPal email, a wallet address, or for Wise and Remitly the bank account: the name on it, the bank, its country, the account number or IBAN and any code the transfer needs), the legal name the payment is made out to, your country of tax residence and whether you are a US person for tax purposes, and you accept these Partner Terms. We may ask for a completed tax form (a W-9 for US persons, a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E for everyone else) before paying, and we report what the law requires. You are responsible for the taxes due on what you earn, and no interest accrues on a balance.
What You May Not Do
- Refer yourself, an account you control, or anyone you pay, rebate or otherwise compensate for signing up.
- Bid on, or use, the Subscriby name, its logos or its web addresses in paid search, paid social or any other advertising, or run advertising that could be taken for Subscriby's own.
- Send unsolicited messages, post your link where it is not welcome, scrape or automate sign-ups, or use any method that misleads about where a visitor is going.
- Make claims about Subscriby, its prices, its features or the money a creator can earn that Subscriby has not made itself, or present yourself as Subscriby.
- Place your link or code on coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites, or offer the Referred Creator anything beyond the offer Subscriby itself makes.
- Do anything unlawful, anything the Terms of Service prohibit, or anything that damages Subscriby's name.
A referral that breaks these rules is reversed with everything it earned, and the partnership may be suspended or ended.
Telling Your Audience
Wherever you promote Subscriby, you say clearly that you earn a commission on the creators who sign up through you, in the way the advertising rules of your country require (for instance the FTC's endorsement guides in the United States or the ASA's rules in the United Kingdom), close to the link and before the reader has to act.
Suspension and Ending
We may suspend a partnership while we look into a breach of these Partner Terms, and end it for one. A suspended Partner's link attributes nothing and their referrals earn nothing until the suspension is lifted. A partnership ended for fraud forfeits every unpaid Commission; one ended for any other reason is paid what it is owed above the minimum on the next run, and keeps nothing after that.
You may leave the Program at any time by writing to support@subscriby.net. Your link stops attributing at once, Commissions already earned stay yours unless these Partner Terms reverse them, and you are paid what is owed on the next run.
Changes to the Program
We may change the Program, including the base rate, the points, the tiers, the cap, the periods, the rails, the minimum payout and the Referred Creator's offer. A material change is announced to every Partner by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and this page carries its date. A change to the Program never lowers the rate already written onto a Referred Creator; only the withdrawal of points under "When Verified Work Disappears" does. Taking part in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept it.
The Relationship
You take part in the Program as an independent party. Nothing in these Partner Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture between you and Subscriby, you may not speak or sign for Subscriby, and you alone are responsible for what you publish about Subscriby and for the people you bring. The limits of liability in the Terms of Service apply to the Program, and you hold Subscriby harmless from any claim arising from your promotion.
