In the CoinPayments dashboard open Settings, then Integrations, create an integration and copy its Client ID and Client Secret.

Note which API domain your account uses, a-api for most accounts or b-api for the alternative instance; CoinPayments tells you which.

In your dashboard open Payment Methods, choose Set Up a Payment Method, pick CoinPayments and select Live or Test.

Enter the Client ID, the Client Secret and the API domain, switch the method on and save.

No. A payment has to be sent from the member's wallet each time, so CoinPayments takes one-time charges only; attach it to lifetime plans, passes and fixed-length plans.
What if a member sends the wrong amount?
CoinPayments tracks the exact amount received. Too little marks the payment partial and no access is granted; too much completes the order and the excess sits in your merchant balance.
How long until access opens?
Until the chain confirms: seconds to a minute for stablecoins on TRC20 or Solana, up to about an hour for Bitcoin, and variable on ERC20 depending on gas.
Are crypto payments refundable?
Not automatically. A refund is agreed with the member and sent back from your own wallet or CoinPayments' outgoing payments, then the payment is marked by hand if needed.
Which network should I recommend to members?
