Features for Paid Communities
The parts of Subscriby that no other membership tool has: passes that open and close on their own, seasons sold as one purchase, a recovery program for the day a platform takes your bot, your place or your account away, and one inbox for everything your members ask.
Passes
Time-Limited Passes
A pass to one dated session: every buyer admitted when it opens and removed when it ends, on the dot, in your timezone, on Telegram
Pass Series
A season ticket over many passes: one payment covers every date you bundle, each opening and closing on its own, on Telegram
Disaster Recovery
Disaster Recovery Program
Peace of mind for the day Telegram takes your bot, a place or your account away: every paying member is re-admitted to a replacement, on every plan
Standby Bots and Automatic Failover
The part of Disaster Recovery you set up before anything happens: a second bot, mirrored standby places and a backup account, switched to with one click or no clicks at all
These are the features only Subscriby provides you with. No other platform has anything like them to offer. To see every other feature, head to the landing page.
Explore all featuresWhat only Subscriby has
Every membership tool sells a monthly plan and removes a member who stops paying. The pages here are the parts of Subscriby that go further: access sold as a dated window or a whole season, a program that gets a community back when a platform takes its bot, a place or the creator's own account away, and one inbox for everything your members ask.
A time-limited pass opens and closes on its own, in your timezone, with every holder admitted and removed on the dot. A pass series sells a slate of windows as one purchase, with presales, a seat cap and a sales cutoff. The Disaster Recovery Program is on every plan, including Free; on Growth it adds standby bots, standby places with a live mirror and automatic failover. The Member Support Inbox turns whatever a member writes to your bot into a thread you answer from the dashboard or your own chat.
Each page states what the feature does, what it costs and on which plan, how to set it up and what your members see, then answers the questions creators ask before switching it on.
Which one do you need
Selling a single event or a dated session
A time-limited pass. Buyers pay ahead, are let in when the window opens and removed when it ends, with a countdown on the portal and a calendar feed of their windows.
Selling a season or a slate
A pass series. One payment for the whole run; each window opens and closes on its own, and a window you add later reaches every holder by the rule you set.
Selling ongoing access
A monthly or yearly plan, the ordinary subscription every creator starts with, with renewals, reminders and removals handled for you.
Losing sleep over a ban
The Disaster Recovery Program, on every plan: detection, alerts, three recoveries and a roll call of the members re-admitted. Peace of mind, on every plan.
Wanting the switch made for you
Standby bots and automatic failover on Growth: a second bot and mirrored standby places ready in advance, swapped to with nobody signed in.
Unsure what is unprotected
The readiness checklist on the recovery page scores every safeguard, counts the projects and places still without a standby, and a Set Up button on each tile takes you to the card that fixes it.
Common Questions
Do passes need a different plan?
Passes and pass series are included on Growth and come to every other plan with the Passes Addon at $19/mo; nothing else changes about your project.
Can a pass holder be on a subscription too?
Yes. A member may hold any mix of subscriptions, passes and series in one project; each grants its own places for its own dates, and access ends for each on its own schedule.
Is Disaster Recovery an addon?
No. Detection, the alerts, the three recoveries, the roll call, the undo window and the history are on every plan, including Free. Only the prevention set up in advance, standby bots, standby places with a live mirror, a backup account and automatic failover, is part of Growth.
How often can a recovery be used?
The program exists for creators banned through no fault of their own. Each kind is self-service once per rolling 90 days; anything beyond that goes through the support team, who audit the account and its content first. A confirmed violation of Subscriby's or Telegram's terms closes the account.
What do members notice during a recovery?
A message from the bot with a join button when a place is replaced, or a Start button on the new bot; never a payment, a registration or a notice that names the ban. Members with a pass inside an open window are treated like live subscribers.
