01

How the plan is picked

The one that costs least once its monthly price and transaction fee are added together, read from the live plans. No plan caps your revenue.

02

About processing fees

Counted only where the platform takes the payment and charges it, at the rate it publishes or inside its percentage. The fee of a gateway you connect yourself, as on Subscriby, is not the platform's and is left out.

03

How the chart ranks

By each platform's own charge for the month: its fee, the processing it charges itself and its published payout fee, read from the vendors' pricing pages on 28 September 2026. Euro prices are shown at face value.

04

Share your figures

The sliders stay in the address as you move them, so the link you copy opens on the same numbers, and the chart is re-ranked live as they move.

Common Questions

All comparisons
Which plan does the calculator pick?
The one that costs least at that revenue once the monthly price and the transaction fee are added together: 10% of revenue on Free with no monthly price, $39 plus 3% on Starter, $89 plus 1% on Growth. No plan caps your revenue.
Which processing fees are counted?
Only the ones a platform charges itself: where it takes the payment and deducts processing at a rate it publishes, or folds it into its percentage. Subscriby charges nothing for processing. Your members pay through the gateway you connected, whether Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, Skrill, CoinPayments, CeyPay or Telegram Stars, and that gateway's fee is between you and it, the same with every tool that lets you bring your own, so it is not counted for any of them.
Which platforms hold your money?
Whop, Patreon, Buy Me a Coffee and Tribute take the payment themselves and pay you out of a balance they keep, each on its own schedule and with its own withdrawal fees, which the calculator lists. Every other tool here, Subscriby included, lets the gateway you connect pay you directly.
Does Subscriby earn anything on top of these fees?
No. The monthly price and the transaction fee are the whole of what Subscriby charges. Payment processing goes to the gateway you connected, which pays you directly; Subscriby never holds your money.
Why is Subscriby not always first?
Because it is not always cheapest. A flat monthly plan with no percentage beats a percentage at high revenue inside its cap, and a tool with no monthly price beats one with a price when revenue is low. The ranking is by the figure, not by who built it; what each figure buys is on the comparison page behind every row.
Where do the rival prices come from?
From each vendor's own pricing page, read on 28 September 2026 and recorded on the comparison page of the same tool, where the row's note names the plan the figure belongs to. Tell us if one has moved.
What is left out?
Taxes on the subscription, your own gateway's fee, currency conversion, payout minimums and add-ons, which no vendor publishes as a platform fee. A tool whose top plan caps monthly sales is marked as unavailable above that cap rather than priced.
Why is Subscriby missing from the other tools' comparison charts?
Because a comparison chart is an advert with columns, and nobody adds a younger rival that undercuts them. Most of those charts were drawn before Subscriby existed; the rest compare against the tools their authors were certain to beat. This page does the opposite: it prices every tool we could find, ranks them above us when they are cheaper, and spells out what each one leaves out.
Can I compare only the tools that match Subscriby?
Yes. The chips above the chart hide the tools that lack what you switch on: direct payouts, unlimited sales, an API and webhooks, more than one platform, a free plan, disaster recovery, time-limited passes. Nothing is on by default, so the chart keeps ranking every tool by price alone, the line under the chips says how many tools remain and why, and the explainer under the chart names what each cheaper tool lacks.
