Refer & Earn sits in the portal's account menu and on the bot's home screen while the program is live: one tap to join, a code and a link to share, and a running tally of friends referred, friends who paid and what they earned.
Rewards that pay themselves
A friend's first payment converts the referral; every settled payment after it is credited on the spot, on any gateway, and the referrer is told each time. Days land on their membership without a ticket; cash commissions wait out the hold and show as payable.
Terms in words, not a rate card
An approved affiliate is told what they earn and for how long, what their friends get, how long a friend stays theirs and when a commission becomes payable, in the chat and by mail; change the terms and every affiliate hears again.
Payouts you can account for
Each affiliate's balance is kept per currency: pending, payable and paid out. Record a payout against it with a reference, export the payouts as a CSV, and nothing is paid twice; the money moves through your own gateway or wallet, never through Subscriby.

- You do. Free days cost you nothing but the days; a cash commission is yours to pay, through whatever the affiliate asked for in their payout details, and Subscriby records the payout against their balance. Rewards are never a Subscriby fee.
- Which plan do I need for the Referral Program?
- It is included on Growth. On every other plan the Referral Program Addon unlocks it at $9/mo, with the first charge prorated to the days left in your billing period and no extra transaction fee.
- Can a member refer someone who already subscribes?
- No. A referral counts only for a member who has never paid on the project and has not been referred before, and never for the affiliate's own account, so the program rewards new customers and nothing else.
- What happens to a commission when the friend asks for a refund?
- A full refund inside the hold reverses the reward before it was ever payable; one after the hold is clawed back from the affiliate's next commissions. Days already granted stay, because the membership they bought was used.
- What if I change the terms after people joined?
- Every approved and pending affiliate is told by chat and mail what the terms now are. Rewards already earned keep their figures, new conversions earn the new terms, pausing the program stops links counting and keeps every balance, and deleting it is refused while a commission is still owed.
