Tapping the invite link queues the buyer; when the window opens they are admitted automatically, at their phone or not, and when it closes they are removed unless another pass or subscription still grants that place. Admissions are paced, so five or five hundred buyers behave the same.
Your timezone, always
Times are wall-clock in the plan's timezone, so a 9:00 window stays 9:00 across a daylight-saving change, and members see the window with your zone beside it rather than a converted time.
Reminders you never send
A day and an hour before opening every holder is messaged, with their link as a button if they are not yet in the queue; a Send Reminders button and per-member nudges cover the rest, and four broadcast segments reach pass holders, for one window or across every upcoming one.
Postpone without a spreadsheet
Add the replacement window, then cancel the old one: every holder is moved to it and told, nobody is moved onto a date they already hold, and anyone who cannot be moved is told to ask you for a refund.

Can someone buy a pass after the window has started?
Only if you sell through it: with the cutoff counted from the end of the window, a buyer pays the full price for what is left and is admitted within about a minute. With the cutoff counted from the start, nothing sells once the window is running.
What if a payment confirms late?
A payment confirmed after the window opened admits the buyer for what is left; one confirmed after it ended moves them to the next window on the plan and tells them; if no further window exists they are told to ask you for a refund. Subscriby never moves refund money itself.
Which plan do I need for passes?
Passes and pass series are included on Growth. On every other plan the Passes Addon unlocks both at $19/mo, with the first charge prorated to the days left in your billing period and no extra transaction fee.
Do my members get a calendar?
Yes. Every holder can add a calendar feed to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook with a reminder an hour before each window, and the portal and the bot show a countdown to the opening and the queue status of their link.
