Any MCP-aware client. Guides exist for claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code, ChatGPT desktop, Cursor and the Claude extension for VS Code; the server speaks the standard protocol, so others connect the same way.
Can the assistant do things I cannot?
No. Every tool runs within the permissions of the account you signed in with or the token you pasted, and a token carries only the abilities you ticked out of 107. A write tool refuses when its ability is missing and says which one.
Does it see my members' data?
It sees what your sign-in or token allows, no more. The tool calls it makes are the same API calls the dashboard makes, recorded the same way, and a read-only token shows the assistant exactly what the dashboard shows you.
What is the difference between MCP and the REST API?
The same operations, two doors. MCP is for an assistant working with you in conversation; the REST API is for code you write. The tool and the endpoint for one operation share one action, so nothing is possible through one that the other forbids.
