How to connect Razorpay

Complete Razorpay's KYC on a merchant account, then open Settings, then API Keys, and generate a key pair for Test or Live.

Copy the Key ID and the Key Secret at once: Razorpay shows the secret only at generation and regenerating it invalidates the old one.

In your dashboard open Payment Methods, choose Set Up a Payment Method, pick Razorpay and select the mode that matches the keys.

Paste the Key ID and Key Secret, switch the method on and save.

Choose Sync Subscription Plans from the method's menu so each active plan exists in Razorpay and mandates can be created for it.

How do renewals work with UPI?
A recurring plan sets up UPI AutoPay, or an e-mandate for a card. Razorpay charges the following cycles on its own and reports each attempt to Subscriby.
Why is a renewal not being charged?
Check that the plan appears under Subscriptions, Plans in your Razorpay dashboard, that the member's instrument supports mandates, and that the bank has not cancelled the mandate; Razorpay's subscription view shows the last attempt and its reason.
Can I regenerate my Key Secret without downtime?
Regenerating invalidates the current secret immediately, so have the new one ready to paste into Subscriby in the same minute.
Where are refunds issued?
In your Razorpay dashboard. Once processed there, Razorpay's webhook marks the payment refunded in Subscriby.
