Operations · Subscriby Copilot

An Operator Inside Your Dashboard

Subscriby Copilot answers from your data, runs routine work with your permissions and asks before anything it cannot undo

Every membership tool gives you a dashboard to read. Subscriby gives you one you can talk to. Ask who is about to churn and get names from your own ledger; say "give Jane 20% off" and confirm the coupon on a card; switch on member answers and your members hear back at once. Free turns every month on every plan, never a seat price.

Included on
Every plan, including Free
Free turns and free member answers every month: 10 turns and 100 answers on Free, 25 and 250 on Starter, 50 and 500 on Growth. Past them a turn is $0.10, a suggested reply $0.05 and a member answer $0.01, drawn from Copilot Credits you prepay in packs from $10 to $100; nothing is invoiced later, and a monthly cap you set stops the spending.
Where it works
Your dashboard, your bot, your inbox, your portal
A sheet beside every dashboard page that keeps its thread as you move, Ask Copilot in the platform bot, a Suggest a reply button in the Support Inbox and, when you switch them on, answers to your members in your project bot and in a chat on your portal page.
What it can do
213 tools, exactly your permissions
The same catalogue the MCP server offers an outside agent, run as you: it reads your members and money, drafts and sends broadcasts and replies, creates coupons, codes and sequences, and never holds more than your own role allows. A team member who asks is bounded by theirs.
Before anything it cannot undo
A card with the exact arguments, and your Confirm
A refund, a removal, a deletion or a cancellation waits on a card that names what will happen; a card left unanswered expires, and Review every change puts the things it creates behind a card too. Every run is written to your activity log as the Copilot's, with the thread it came from.
A turn
One question, up to 8 tool steps
A turn past 4 tool steps counts as two and stops at 8, so a runaway question cannot run up a bill; the work timeline shows every step it took and how long each was, and Lite, Pro and Max beside Send say what a turn costs before you press it.
Your members
Answered from what you taught it, marked as automated
Switch it on per project and the Copilot answers a member's own-subscription questions and what your Knowledge covers, in the inbox, your bot and your portal chat; anything else waits for a person, and Talk to a person hands the thread to your inbox. It can never touch your settings, your other members or your money: the member side has no tools at all.
Knowledge
Up to 200 entries a project
Questions with their answers and plain-text or Markdown guides, each cut into passages the Copilot is handed when a question matches, each marked for members or for your team alone; add them on the Knowledge page or over the API, and the suggested replies draw on them too.
Every Monday, and when something breaks
A digest in words, alerts on the pattern
At seven on Monday in your own time zone the Copilot writes the week before, with up to three steps worth doing as buttons, in the bell, by email and on your connected account; between Mondays it watches failed payments, cancellations and a rail's errors against your own four weeks and opens an alert once when they break pattern. Neither costs a turn.
Your data
Never used to train a model, pruned after 90 days
Requests go to the model provider under a zero-data-retention agreement and are never used to train anything; threads are kept 90 days on Subscriby and then pruned; and a thread started on one model continues on another, because the history is stored in a form no provider owns.

What Subscriby Copilot does for you

It knows your business already

Every other assistant starts from a blank page and the export you pasted. The Copilot reads the same services your dashboard reads, so "who is about to churn" is answered from your own retention ledger, with names, and not from a guess.

It does the work, and it asks first

Reads and additive work run as asked; a card stands before anything that cannot be undone, with the exact arguments on it. You keep a hand on the brake without doing the typing.

Your members get answers at three in the morning

A renewal date, a receipt, how to pause, the house rules you wrote down: answered at once and marked as automated, with a person one tap away. Nothing a member says can reach your settings, because the member side has no tools.

It costs what it costs, and no more

Free turns every month on every plan; past them, cents a turn from credit you bought on purpose, with a cap you set and a statement that shows every cent. No seat price and no surprise invoice.

Your team, your roles

A permission grants the Copilot to a role, and whoever asks is bounded by their own role, so a teammate who may not refund cannot have the Copilot refund either.

Change the model, keep the thread

The Copilot is provider-neutral: the model behind it is one setting away, and a thread started on one model continues on the next with its whole history.

How to start

  1. 1

Press Ask Copilot in the sidebar. Ask about a project, a member or the money in plain words; the answer streams in, with every step it took on a timeline you can open.

  2. 2

Tell it what to do: a coupon, a broadcast, a reply, a win-back sequence. Anything it cannot undo shows a card with the exact arguments; press Confirm or Cancel.

  3. 3

Open your Telegram bot and press Ask Copilot on the home menu or on a project card; every message you type while it is open is a question.

  4. 4

In the Support Inbox, press Suggest a reply on a thread and use, edit or dismiss the draft. In the inbox settings, switch on member answers for your bot and for your portal page.

  5. 5

Teach it on the Knowledge page: a question with its answer, or a guide, marked for members or your team. Watch Plans & Billing for your free turns, your Copilot Credits and the statement.

Common Questions

Read the guide
Which plan do I need for Subscriby Copilot?
None in particular. Every plan includes free turns and free member answers a month, 10 and 100 on Free, 25 and 250 on Starter, 50 and 500 on Growth, and the inbox suggestions, the digest and the alerts come with it. Past the free turns you buy Copilot Credits in packs; there is no Copilot addon.
What is a turn?
One message you send and the answer it gets, however many tool steps the answer needed up to 4; past that it counts as two, and it stops at 8. A suggested reply in the inbox is not a turn and costs $0.05; a member answer costs $0.01 past the free ones.
What are Copilot Credits?
Prepaid credit that only the Copilot can spend, bought in packs from $10 to $100 under Plans & Billing, the larger packs adding free bonus credit. The free part is spent before the paid part, paid credit never lapses, a cap you set stops the spending for the month, and nothing is ever invoiced after the fact. It is not the Subscriby Credit the Partner Program pays.
Can it do something I did not ask for?
No. It runs with exactly your permissions, reads and additive work run as asked, and anything that cannot be undone waits on a card you confirm; a card left unanswered expires. Every run is in your activity log, marked as the Copilot's, with the thread it came from.
What do my members see?
Only what you switch on, per project: answers about their own membership and what your Knowledge covers, each marked as automated with the way to a person; anything else waits for you. The member side has no tools, cannot see other members and cannot touch your settings or your money.
Which model answers, and where does my data go?
A quick model classifies each request and answers members, a stronger one handles multi-step work and the inbox, and you can pick Lite, Pro or Max per turn. Requests go to the model provider under a zero-data-retention agreement and never train a model; threads are kept 90 days and then pruned.
Can my team use it?
Yes. A team permission opens the Copilot for a role, and whoever asks is bounded by their own role; the credits are the owner's pool, shown with the statement on the owner's Billing page.
Can an outside agent do the same?
Yes, through the MCP server, with the same 213 tools under a personal access token or OAuth. The Copilot is the operator inside the product; the MCP server is the door for Claude, ChatGPT or your own agent; the activity log tells the two apart.
