Introducing the Subscriby Partner Program

The Subscriby Partner Program is here. It is the feature you asked us for more than any other, and it is finally live. Bring other creators to Subscriby and earn from 5% up to 30% of every invoice they pay us for twelve months, settled as Subscriby Credit on your own invoices or paid out in cash once a month. The creator you refer pays 20% less for their first three months. It runs on the dashboard, in the bot, on the REST API, the MCP server, webhooks, Zapier and n8n, from today.

Here is the one-sentence version: you already recommend the tool you run your community on; now the recommendation pays, for a year, on everything the creator you brought pays Subscriby.

And the one-sentence version for everyone who runs a Referral Program for their own members: this is a different programme, in Subscriby’s money, and you can run both.

The Short Version

  • From 5% up to 30% of every invoice a referred creator pays Subscriby: their plan, their addons and their transaction fees, renewals included, for twelve months from their first paid plan.
  • The creator you refer gets 20% off their first three months on Starter or Growth, monthly or annual, applied at checkout with nothing to type.
  • Paid your way: as Subscriby Credit applied to your own invoices with no minimum, while the Credit rail is open, or as cash once a month from $50 by PayPal, Wise, Remitly or USDT (TRC20).
  • A 60-day link, first touch wins, new accounts only; a referral converts on the first paid Starter or Growth invoice inside 180 days; every commission clears a 30-day hold.
  • A rate that climbs. Every partner starts at 5%; verified promotion commitments and paying-referral milestones add points, up to 30%.
  • Applications are read by a person, answered by email, usually within a few days.
  • Everywhere Subscriby is: a Partner Program page in the dashboard, a 🤝 button in the bot, GET /v1/me/partner on the API, six MCP tools, ten partner.* webhook events, and the same operations on Zapier and n8n.

Why a Partner Program

The creators who bring other creators to Subscriby were never strangers. They were you: the person a friend asks “what do you run your paid channel on?”, the reviewer who compares membership bots on YouTube, the course maker whose students go on to sell their own communities. No feature has been requested more often than this one: a long-term revenue share instead of a thank-you. It was a fair ask, it took us longer than it should have, and today it is done. A referred creator pays Subscriby every month; the person who brought them should share in it for a meaningful stretch of that time.

So the programme is built like the rest of Subscriby: real money, a ledger you can audit line by line, holds and reversals handled for you, and a contract published in the open. The terms are at subscriby.net/legal/partners, and the complete guide is in the docs under Partner Program.

How Much You Earn

Every partner starts at 5% of each invoice’s total before tax and after any discount. The rate climbs a ladder, capped at 30%:

  • A long-form video review or tutorial of eight minutes or more on YouTube: up to 10 points.
  • A short-form video on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts: up to 5 points.
  • A comparison or review article on your blog or on Medium: up to 5 points.
  • A written case study of your own community: up to 5 points.
  • Your partner link in the public description of a community you run: up to 3 points.
  • Reaching 10 paying referrals: 5 points. Reaching 25: another 5.

A commitment’s points scale with the audience you promise it on. An audience under 10,000 earns no points; 10,001 to 50,000 earns half; the share grows with each band up to the full points at one million or more. One point is one percentage point of commission, so a partner with a verified long-form video in front of a large audience and 25 paying referrals sits at the 30% cap.

Your rate is written onto every referral the moment they convert, and a referral keeps the rate it was promised. A raise reaches every creator still inside their commission period. A drop, which happens only when a verified commitment lapses, touches creators who convert from then on and re-prices commissions not yet paid out; money already paid stays yours.

In numbers, with the base being the invoice after the discount: at 5%, a Starter referral earns $1.56 on each of the three discounted $31.20 invoices, then $1.95 on $39. At 30% it is $9.36, then $11.70. A Growth referral at 30% earns $21.36, then $26.70, every month for a year, and their addon and transaction-fee invoices earn on top. Full detail: How much you earn.

What the Creator You Refer Gets

20% off their first three months, on Starter or Growth, monthly or annual. The discount is attached at checkout from your link alone; there is no code to type and nothing to remember. Your link remembers a visitor for 60 days and lands them on the Subscriby home page with the offer already showing, so the first thing they see is what you promised them.

Nothing is added to anyone’s invoice to fund this. Your commission comes out of Subscriby’s own revenue, which is why the base is the invoice after the discount: see Fees.

How It Works, Step by Step

1. Apply

In the dashboard sidebar, under Plans & Billing, open the Partner Program tile and press Become a partner. In the Subscriby bot, the 🤝 Partner Program button on the home menu shows the same terms and points you to the application. The form asks who you are and how you would promote Subscriby, where your audience lives (one row per profile, page, list or community, with its public address and reach band), which commitments you undertake, the payout rail you expect to use, and your acceptance of the terms. The docs walk through every field under Applying.

2. Get approved

Every application is read by hand and answered by email, usually within a few days. An approval mints your code and starts the proof clocks on your commitments; a decline says why, and you may apply again 90 days later.

3. Share your link

The Your partner link card gives you a web link, app.subscriby.net/r/YOURCODE, a seven-character partner code a creator can type on the sign-up page under Have a partner code?, a bot link per connector that signs creators up, and a ready-to-share sentence with the offer. The first touch wins: a creator who opened your link is yours even if another partner’s link is opened later, and a typed code never overrides a link. Only new accounts count. Details: Your link and your code.

4. They sign up, then they pay

A referral starts as signed up and converts when the creator pays their first Starter or Growth invoice within 180 days. A free trial, a zero invoice and the Free plan on its own convert nothing; a referral that sees no paid invoice inside the window expires quietly. From conversion, every invoice the creator pays for twelve months earns a commission, even if they later move to Free and pay transaction fees alone. Details: What converts, and what earns.

5. Commissions clear a 30-day hold

Each commission is born pending inside a 30-day hold, then becomes payable. A full refund or a dispute inside the hold reverses it; one after the money was settled writes a clawback your next settlement nets. Partial refunds reverse nothing.

6. Get paid

Choose your rail under Payout Details, and the payable balance is settled as Subscriby Credit at once or as cash on the monthly run. Everything is on the Commissions and Payouts tabs, line by line.

Commitments and Proof

You have 60 days from approval, or from the day you added a commitment, to submit proof: the public address where the work can be seen. Press Submit Proof on the commitment, paste the address, and we verify it by hand; the points count from the moment we verify. A video is verified no earlier than 14 days after it was published and only once it has 1,000 views or more; an article or a case study must be live; a community link must sit in the public description or a pinned post.

A commitment with no proof by its due date lapses, and verified work that later disappears or goes private is treated the same way: its points are withdrawn and your rate goes back down for creators who convert from then on. Publish the work again and submit proof to count it once more. You can add commitments later from the Partner Program page, on an audience you declared or a new one. Details: Commitments and proof.

Getting Paid

  • Subscriby Credit. Needs nothing. Each payable commission is applied to your own invoices at once, with no minimum, and offsets your plan, your addons and your transaction fees alike. Offered while the Credit rail is open; the dashboard says when it is.
  • PayPal. Your PayPal email.
  • Wise or Remitly. The bank account: the name on it, the bank, its country, the account number or IBAN, and the SWIFT, branch or routing code when the transfer needs one.
  • USDT (TRC20). Your wallet address.

Cash is paid once a month from $50 of payable balance, less the transfer fees of the rail you chose; a smaller balance waits for the next run. Every cash rail also asks for the legal name the payment is made out to, your country of tax residence and whether you are a US person for tax purposes, and the Partner Program Terms are accepted before the first save. What a rail pays to is stored encrypted and shown nowhere: the dashboard, the API, the MCP tools and the bot say only which rail you chose and whether it is complete. Details: Getting paid.

The Rules, in Plain Words

  • New accounts only. An existing creator can neither be referred nor refer themselves.
  • No self-referrals. Referring an account you control, or anyone you pay or rebate for signing up, reverses the referral with everything it earned and may end the partnership.
  • Referrals that look like you are held for review. A sign-up paid with your own card, created from your own network, under an alias of your own email, or among too many sign-ups from one link in a day earns nothing until we decide. A referral rejected after review reverses everything it earned.
  • No paid ads on the Subscriby name, no spam, no misleading links. Post your link where it is welcome, and tell your audience you earn a commission wherever the law where they live requires it.
  • The terms are public. Partner Program Terms, dated 10 October 2026, with 30 days’ notice of changes.

Where It Shows Up

  • The dashboard. The Partner Program page with its overview, referrals, commissions and payouts tabs, a card on the Overall Dashboard, and your remaining credit on the Billing page.
  • Alerts. A new Partner Program class carries a referred creator signing up and converting, each commission earned, approved, credited or reversed, and every payout; route it like any other class under Settings → Notifications.
  • The bot. The 🤝 Partner Program button on the home menu shows your standing, the referrals, the commissions and the payouts, lets you submit proof and add a commitment, and records your payout details.
  • The REST API. GET /v1/me/partner and its referrals, commissions and payouts endpoints, plus partner_code and partner_link on GET /v1/me once approved: the Partner Program API.
  • The MCP server. get_partner_program, list_partner_referrals, list_partner_rewards, list_partner_payouts, update_partner_payout_details and accept_partner_terms, so Claude and any other MCP client can read your standing in a sentence: the Partner Program tools.
  • Webhooks, Zapier and n8n. Ten partner.* events announce every move, and the Zapier and n8n integrations carry them as triggers beside the same reads and writes.
  • The Connector SDK. A connector that signs creators up can offer the programme on its own platform through the Partner Program Core API, which is exactly how the Subscriby bot does it.

Partner Program or Referral Program?

Both, if you like. A Referral Program rewards your members for the friends they bring to your community, with rewards you set and pay. The Partner Program rewards you for the creators you bring to Subscriby, with a commission Subscriby pays. They share nothing but the idea; the ledgers, the links and the payouts are separate.

Questions

Does a creator on the Free plan earn me anything?

Not until they pay a Starter or Growth invoice. Once they have converted, every invoice inside the twelve months earns, including the transaction-fee invoices of a creator who later moves back to Free.

I am on the Free plan myself. Can I still take Subscriby Credit?

Yes. Credit sits on your account and offsets whatever you are invoiced, transaction fees included, so a partner who never buys a plan still spends it.

What happens to my rate if I delete the video I was verified on?

Its points are withdrawn: your rate falls for creators who convert from then on, and commissions not yet paid out are re-priced at the lower rate. Money already paid out stays yours. Publish the work again and submit proof to count it once more.

I was declined. Can I apply again?

Yes, 90 days after the decision; the page tells you the day. The reason you were given is the thing to change.
