Every bot and place is probed around the clock, the account you sign in with every 6 hours, and a sale or a join that fails triggers a check on the spot. Only a real change counts: a probe that cannot reach the platform keeps the last known state instead of guessing.

What happens on the day

A probe, or a sale or join that fails, finds the bot, place or account unreachable and opens an incident; you are emailed, messaged on your connected account where the platform still allows it, and shown a banner on the dashboard.
