Does recovery bring my content back?
No. Once a place is banned no API can read its history, so recovery brings back your members, not your posts. The live mirror on Growth copies every post into a standby place as you publish it, which is the only content safeguard there is.
How often can I recover?
Each kind is self-service once per rolling 90 days: a place swap today leaves the account and bot recoveries untouched, and further swaps within 24 hours join the first. Beyond that the support team reviews the account and its content first and can release a grant.
Is this a way around a platform ban?
No, and the rules are written so it cannot be. The program exists for creators banned through no fault of their own; a review that finds a violation of Subscriby's or Telegram's terms refuses the recovery and closes the account. Keeping the program tight is what keeps it available.
