Answer Your Members from One Inbox

A member writes to your bot; you answer from the dashboard or straight from your Telegram chat, with the whole history in one thread, on every plan

A paid community runs on questions: where is the link, why was I removed, can I pay another way. Every other membership tool leaves those messages in the bot as errors or in your personal chat as noise. Subscriby turns each one into a conversation: one thread per member, with their status, plan and history beside it, a reply box that reaches them in their chat under your name, and a direct message to you with Reply and Open Inbox buttons so you never have to open the dashboard to answer. It is on from the moment a bot is connected, and it costs nothing on any plan.

Included on
Every plan, including Free
The inbox, the relay to your chat, saved replies, notes, assignment and blocking cost nothing extra; it is on for every project with a connected bot.
What lands in it
Anything that is not a command
Text, photos, videos, voice notes, documents, stickers, locations and contacts; commands, access codes and answers the bot is waiting for go where they always went.
One thread per member
Resolving is not closing
A member who writes in March and again in September lands in the same thread, and a resolved thread reopens itself when they write again.
Where you answer
Dashboard, your chat or a topics group
A direct message to you with Reply and Open Inbox buttons, or a group with a topic per member for a team; the reply reaches the member under your display name.
Noise control
One alert per thread every 5 minutes
A member sending ten messages in a burst produces one notification, and more than 20 messages in 10 minutes are dropped silently.
Automate it
12 webhook events, 13 MCP tools
Page an on-call rota, open a ticket in your own helpdesk, or let an AI assistant triage the queue and draft replies for you to approve, through the REST API, Zapier and n8n too.

What the inbox does for you

No question lost in the bot

Before the inbox, a photo sent without a caption got an error back. Now everything a member sends that is not a command becomes a message in their thread, media included, and Subscriby keeps its own copy of every file so the thread still renders after the platform's download link has expired.

Answer from your phone

When a member writes, Subscriby sends you a direct message through its bot with who they are and what they said, plus a Reply button that sends your next message to them and an Open Inbox button that signs you into the thread. Answering support never requires opening the dashboard.

Context beside every thread

The member's status, current plan, member-since date and how many times they have written sit next to the conversation, so you answer without opening another page; a lead who has never paid shows as one, which is usually a pre-sales question worth acting on.

Built for a team

Assign a thread to a teammate, leave internal notes the member never sees, save the answers you type constantly with a shortcut, and block a contact whose messages should stop arriving; a topics group on the platform lets the whole team answer from their own chat.

How it works

  1. 1

Connect a bot to your project. The inbox is on by default: open Support Inbox in the project sidebar to see what has arrived, with an unread badge on the item.

  2. 2

Pick how you are notified: a direct message to you, a group with a topic per member, or the dashboard only; add an email copy if you like.

  3. 3

Set the display name members see on your replies, up to 60 characters, and if you want an automatic acknowledgement of up to 1000 characters, sent at most once every 60 minutes per conversation.

  4. 4

Answer from the thread or straight from the notification; drop a file into the composer to send it, pick a saved reply and edit it before sending, or leave an internal note for a teammate.

  5. 5

Resolve when done. The thread is kept, not deleted, and reopens by itself if the member writes again; a member you block keeps their history and never learns they were blocked.

Common Questions

Read the guide
01

Can members message me before they subscribe?

Yes. Anyone who can reach your bot can open a conversation, including someone who has never paid; their status shows as a lead in the thread, which is usually a pre-sales question worth acting on.

02

Do my replies look like they came from the bot?

No. A platform will not let a bot change its sender name per message, so Subscriby prefixes your reply with your display name: the member sees the bot as the channel and you as the author.

03

What stops a member from flooding my inbox?

Inbound messages are rate-limited per member, 20 in 10 minutes; beyond that, extra messages are dropped silently, with no reply, no notification and no event, and they are not queued to arrive later. Blocking a contact stops their messages for good.

04

What happens when a reply cannot be delivered?

The thread tells you which: unreachable means the member has blocked your bot, so the reply is stored but will never arrive and retrying will not help; failed means something else went wrong, and Subscriby retries automatically before marking it so.

05

Can I run support outside the dashboard?

Yes, every part of it. 12 webhook events let a member's question page an on-call rota or open a ticket in your own helpdesk, with message bodies fetched over the REST API rather than carried in the payload; 13 MCP tools let an AI assistant triage the queue and draft replies for you to approve; Zapier and n8n offer the same operations as prebuilt steps.
